I first met Emma when I was looking for a summer camp. Emma was of tremendous help in many ways, driving to numerous locations, guiding me through properties and pointing out good and worrisome things, and going out of the way in one case to work with a difficult seller. What I appreciated most was her honesty; it comes out in nuanced ways and people see that. I did finally settle on land through her efforts, and it is all working out well. I highly recommend Emma and can act as a telephone reference if needed.
